SJ3.0 Open Width Single Jersey Machine

The Open Width Circular knitting machine is fabricated based on the single jersey tubular knitting machine which enables the fabric to completely result in a crease-free, smooth texture. Fabric density, size, and thickness can be easily adjusted with this type of configuration and thus can prolong the life of the needles and equipment.

Machine Feature:

High performance, open width speed factor up to 960 ( Speed range: Up to 22RPM-36RPM, affected by factors such as yarn, gauge, and others )

Yarn guide with the click-clack system saves energy consumption, reduces wear of needles, fast switching yarn guide between hanging and sticker, facilitates change of fabric surface

Central centralized stitch length adjusting system

Sinker ring with click-clack system, easy to disassemble and clean

Distinguished from the four-track steel wire drive conventional equipment, using its own patented dual steel wire runway, reduces friction, smooth operation, greatly enhances the speed

Selection of imported Italian gears and transmission
